Raymond Chan & Associates, Inc. (RC&A), established in 1989, is a civil engineering consulting firm located in Austin, Texas.  RC&A provides complete services in the field of water resources, stormwater management, utility infrastructure, and land development.  Serving the public and private sectors, RC&A services range from master planning, feasibility assessments and engineering design, to construction management.

Locally owned and operated, our firm is very familiar with Austin and Central Texas issues and changing goals of the community. Our firm understands the intricacies of government operations, the process which requires permitting, neighborhood involvement, bidding, Council / Community approval and construction inspection.
