Develop a 56-acre tract of land to support an office and truck maintenance facility, with parking for 225 vehicles and 105 solid waste trucks, and pads for future development.

Approximately 10,000 square foot family center with a 1,500 square foot basement and associated parking located on Riverside Drive between Riverside Farms Road and Faro Drive.

Project is located at the intersection of Webberville Road and Tannehill Lane in east Austin.  The proposed development consists of the construction of a church sanctuary, parish hall, primary school, associated parking, utilities, detention and water quality facilities.

Expansion of existing church located at the intersection of Olson Drive & Spicewood Parkway.  Phased over a period of 15 years based on Planning Commission approval of an extended life permit.  The first phases consist of the new Youth building and expansion of the Sanctuary.
