Land Development (Subdivision)

Tillery Square Subdivision - Austin, Texas

 

A new 8.6 acre low-income housing development located in central-east Austin.  The proposed development included subdivision of 43 single family residential lots with associated street, drainage, water and wastewater improvements.  The proposed project also includes water and wastewater improvements for the streets bounding the subject tract.

 

Completion Date:  1994

Construction Cost:  $413,000.00

Four Oaks Subdivision - Marble Falls, Texas

 

The 19.1-acre subdivision (13.8-acre development area) was designed for 45 single-family lots, with public streets and utility infrastructure, nature preserve areas, and Best Management Practices (BMPs) for stormwater management. 

 

Completion Date:  2004

Construction Cost:   $480,000.00

The Reserve at Hudson Bend - Austin, Texas

 

The Reserve at Hudson Bend contains approximately 79 acres of land located in the Lake Travis watershed, a City of Austin water supply watershed.  The subdivision consists of 38 single-family lots, with an average lot size of two acres, the minimum lot size allowed in a water supply watershed by the City of Austin’s Land Development Code.

 

Completion Date:  2002

Construction Cost:  $850,000.00

Summerside Subdivision - Lockhart, Texas

 

This project is a small lot (5500 square feet), single-family development serving 94 and 154 lots respectively for the two sections, on a total of approximately 55 acres. 

 

Completion Date:   Section 2 – 2002   

                        Section 3 - 2004

Construction Cost:   Section 2 - $1,035,745.00

                            Section 3 – $2,250,000.00
